What time can I check in and out?
Check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 and check-out from 08:00 to 11:00. Contact us if you need different arrangements.
How do I check availability?
On the Dates and availability page, open Booking with your dates and adults already entered, or prepare a WhatsApp request. The direct request also includes your room preference and does not confirm a booking.
Where are you and where can I park?
We are at Piazza Balilla 4, in Andria’s historic centre. Parking is free: contact us before arrival for directions and where to leave your car.
Which floors are the rooms on?
Pètra is on the ground floor, Xylo on the first and Fos on the second. If you have mobility needs, contact us before booking: we can check the access route and the most suitable room together.
How does breakfast work?
Breakfast in your room is available on request. Contact us to arrange the service and tell us any dietary requirements.
How do payment and cancellation work?
On Booking, check the conditions of your chosen rate before confirming. For direct bookings, agree prices, payment and cancellation with us. A WhatsApp request is not a confirmed booking.
