What does exclusive use of the house include?
For an exclusive stay, you book the three rooms: Pètra, Xylo and Fos. The lounge and kitchen are shared by all guests, as is the first-floor terrace. The second-floor terrace is reserved for guests staying in Fos. For preparations or photography, we agree on the spaces to use.
How many people can stay overnight?
The three rooms accommodate up to seven people: two in Pètra, three in Xylo and two in Fos. If you are travelling with children, tell us their number and ages so we can check the sleeping arrangements together.
Can I use the spaces without staying overnight?
You can enquire about using the house for wedding preparations or a photo shoot. Tell us the date, time slot, number of participants and preferred spaces: availability and arrangements must be agreed with us before confirmation.
Does exclusive use include parties or receptions?
No, parties and receptions are not included. For preparations or a photo shoot, the number of people present is assessed according to the spaces and planned activity: it is not automatically the same as the overnight capacity.
How do I get a quote and confirm the booking?
Complete the enquiry below: WhatsApp opens with a message for you to check and send. We reply to check availability and agree on spaces, price, payment and cancellation terms. The enquiry alone does not reserve the house.
